A little about me
With a background that spans large-scale healthcare campaigns, product launches, high-pressure commercial productions, and years of hands-on design and video work, I bring a blend of conceptual vision and executional precision to my role as a VP Creative Director.
Across every chapter of my career, from early days in film and production through today’s high-stakes rare-disease campaigns, I’ve learned how to navigate nuance, orchestrate massive creative undertakings, and elevate ideas into work that resonates. That depth of experience allows me to mentor teams, partner closely with clients, and push creative further, balancing craft, clarity, and impact in everything my team delivers.

“I've worked with Bryan for a little over 3 years now. He is one of the most talented creatives I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside. He is a true team player when it comes to bringing creative concepts to life through digital channels. His ability to think outside of the box while also staying grounded in the brand goals have made him a valuable partner on all projects.”
– Brittney Holcomb – Director of Digital Strategy at Fingerpaint
“Partnering with Bryan is a dream for any copywriter. As a senior copywriter and then creative group leader, I saw some of the most exciting work of my career come to life through Bryan’s vision, execution, and/or supervision. He never strays from strategy but somehow still manages to make everything beautiful.
He’s a tremendous collaborator. He respected my work and shared my need for excellence. He’d often invite me to sit with him at his desk so we could finesse art and copy for the optimal outcome.
It’s a gift knowing that putting one’s all into copy will be worth it because Bryan will translate it to art in the best possible way.”
– Julie Anne Lewis – Creative Director at Fishawack Health
"Bryan is a creative gift to any communications team. He can provide original ideas and execute his vision with aplomb and brevity; his directness and honesty unclutter the creative and routing processes, and he is always alert, nimble, and skillful in his design and delivery. I look to Bryan as a creative partner who is able to provide sound strategic thinking, reasoning for his creative decisions, and clever solutions to meet client needs."
– Nick McDowell – VP Creative Director at Area 23
"I've had the pleasure of working with Bryan for several years and he's the real deal. He's one of those great designers that thinks visually AND strategically. He also has an uncanny eye for detail and will always push a design to its fullest potential. Bryan is great at concepting and is consistently able to bring unique, award-winning ideas to the table. He works hard and works well with others - challenging everyone to do their best work but putting his money where his mouth is and expecting even more from himself. I'd work again with this guy in a heartbeat (but I wouldn't take a bullet for him. Sorry, Bryan. I take a bullet for no one. Luckily it rarely comes up in advertising.)"
– David Wilson – Sr. Creative Director at Media Logic
"Bryan Hogan is a talented designer who produces creative, thoughtful work. He was willing to work with me through several stages of various projects, always with patience and respect. And his results are terrific -- visually appealing and professional. I will continue to use him and recommend him highly."
– Christine Hoek – Exec. Director, EARTH University Foundation
"I had the pleasure of working alongside Bryan for the past 2 years as his copywriter. We collaborated on creative that spanned a number of styles and client types, from B2B and manufacturing to high-end real estate and consumer work. He’s creative, motivated, fun to work with, and great at communicating with clients and interpreting their needs.
In particular, Bryan’s work supporting a social media campaign we ran together for a year demonstrated his ability to meet sudden deadlines and facilitate quick turnarounds.
Bryan is the breed of designer who can take direction brilliantly, and thrives on feedback. At the same time, he’s more than capable of designing layered, intuitive work based on his own inspirations. His style is fresh, clean, current, and elegant. He is always flexible with client changes, consistently meeting expectations while bringing his own high standards for beautiful design to the table. Our clients were always happy, and always excited to see what he would do next.
Working with Bryan as part of a designer/writer team was an exercise in the beauty of teamwork. He collaborates with a copywriter in a way that brings the best out in both; he’s not only is able to listen to what the copy is trying to say, he’s also able to pull truly great copy out of a writer."
– Carey Wodehouse – Content Writer at Upwork
"As an Art Director, I look for someone who not only has design skills, but conceptual ability as well, and Bryan has both. He pays special attention to detail and is very passionate about what he does. There are no details overlooked when he creates layouts or when designing a website, and the end result is priceless. With a passion for design as well as the talents of video production, directing, editing and seeing a commercial through start to finish, I feel that this individual would make a wonderful addition to any company. Not to mention his avid interest in music and interior decorating, and a super personality to boot, any agency would really enjoy and appreciate his presence."
